To the extent any payment are processed through a third-party service provider, our customer information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the payments.

Refund Policy

We appreciate your payment and support. All payment made on Krishi Dealer are normally nonrefundable and all refunds are done at our discretion.

We can consider a refund if

You have not authorized the payment and it was a wrong transaction

You have made an error in the amount while making your payment

If you would like your payment to be refunded, please contact the following address e-mail: info@krishidelear.com.

Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of payment, Amount, Mode of payment i.e. Credit Card or Online Payment and should reach within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the payment. The refund process may take time 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction is done. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If you made your payment by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Any cancellation charges levied by the bank/payment gateway will be debited from your payment before returning the amount.
